Delivery & Returns

We deliver across the U.K using DHL, DPD and Royal Mail tracked services for fast and secure delivery. Though orders once despatched are sent on a next day basis they may take 1 or 2 days depending on time of year, weather conditions or driver shortages.

You can also choose a delivery date months in to the future on the checkout page and though we do our best to make sure your order arrives on your chosen day, it may arrive a day early or a day later than the requested date. In the run up to Christmas, orders might arrive earlier in anticipation of any potential delays in the parcel network and to ensure your orders are delivered in time for Christmas. Orders made after our couriers last posting date for guaranteed Christmas delivery may take longer or be delivered after Christmas.

You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been completed and despatched.

Most hampers will be between the weight of 2kg to 10kg.

Refunds and Returns

If you have decided you no longer want your order, please email [email protected]ers.co.uk before your order has been despatched. If you are unhappy with your order because of damages and wish to return it please let us know at [email protected] with any photographs of damage and we will email a returns label. Please package up your items carefully to ensure they do not break in transit. Once received and as long as all contents have been returned, we will issue a full refund. For missing items, again, please let us know at [email protected] and we will correct our error as soon as possible

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address especially the house number and postcode. Couriers only deliver to an address given to them and not the named recipient so once delivered to a wrong address it may end up “lost”. We can not take any responsibilty for this though we will attempt to help you recover the parcel as best we can.
